ChefNiche is accepting inquiries while the opening catalogue and supplier arrangements are finalized. Equipment orders are not yet open. This page explains the delivery information that must be confirmed before purchase.
Supplier-direct delivery
We are seeking fulfillment arrangements in which manufacturers or distributors ship directly to customers. Availability of this service, the shipping origin and the carrier depend on the equipment and supplier. No universal direct-shipping arrangement is currently promised.
Freight and delivery options
Freight charges and available services will be confirmed for the equipment and destination before an order is accepted. Curbside delivery, liftgate service, delivery appointments, limited-access locations, inside delivery and remote-area service can involve different requirements and charges.
Do not assume unloading, inside placement, unpacking, installation, utility connections or removal of old equipment is included. Any included services must be stated in the written order terms.
Lead times and receiving
Stock availability, dispatch estimates and transit estimates must be confirmed for each order. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Check access dimensions, receiving hours and unloading arrangements before purchase.
When equipment arrives, inspect the shipment and packaging, record visible damage with the carrier and retain photographs and shipment documents. Follow the receiving and damage-reporting instructions supplied for the order; carrier and supplier procedures may differ.
Delivery territories
The initial launch is focused on Canada. Serviceability must be confirmed by destination and supplier. United States delivery is not currently offered; future availability will depend on territory authorization and fulfillment arrangements.
