Warranty & Service

Know what is covered, who provides service and what the equipment needs before it enters your kitchen.

The opening catalogue and supplier agreements are being finalized. No manufacturer warranty coverage or service arrangement is currently promised for equipment shown in category imagery.

Coverage depends on the equipment

Warranty provider, duration, parts and labour coverage, exclusions and territory eligibility vary by manufacturer and model. The applicable written warranty and the route for submitting a claim must be confirmed before purchase.

Installation and commissioning

Utility requirements, water treatment, ventilation, installation and commissioning can affect suitability and warranty eligibility. Follow the manufacturer's documented requirements and use appropriately qualified installers where required.

Service responsibility

Before a model is offered for sale, ChefNiche will seek clarity on who handles warranty authorization, technical support, parts and field service. Do not assume that onsite service, replacement equipment, labour or travel costs are included unless the applicable written terms state this.

What to keep

Retain the purchase documentation, model and serial number, installation records and maintenance information. These details may be needed by the warranty provider or service agent.

Questions before purchase

Contact ChefNiche with the equipment type and intended installation location so the appropriate warranty and service questions can be identified.
